What kind of crafts can spikenard be used in?

I’ve done a search online through google & yahoo and have found very little in regards to crafts. I know that it is an ancient herb. I make lavender neck wraps that can be warmed in the microwave and need to know if I could use spikenard for this. Thanks for any advice.
You can use it in any application where herbs and essential oils are usually used, so bath and body products, soapmaking, herbal pillows and compresses, etc… It would be wonderful to include in your neck wrap
