@VanilleVane That’s an awful song for a graduation! It’s such a depressing and remorsefully reflecting song. I mean in context it can be taken as happy, but just the song is very sad…

@jc851 The musical is based on poems by T.S Elliot, long story short if it wasn’t in Cats the song wouldn’t be a song it would just be a poem.

Silly question, but does anyone know if it’s possible to get this “Exact Version” of Memory? I tried to buy it on Itunes, but it’s just Elaine Paige’s studio version.
I don’t think she sings the song with anywhere near as much feeling in her studio version as she did in this play, which makes me completely dislike the studio version.
